FairPlay Terms — 8 Clear Conditions Covering Adult Visitors 18+

Eight conditions, all short. These FairPlay terms govern one thing, the use of this website, and they settle four questions: who may read the pages, where a sign in button sends you, how far a printed figure can be relied on, and whose job it is to check state law before a single rupee moves.

The 8 FairPlay Terms in Full, Each One Clear

Opening any page here means you accept all eight.

  1. Adults only, 18 and overEvery page of this FairPlay website is written for readers aged 18 or older. Younger than that, close the tab. The desk does not issue an ID to a minor and will shut one that slipped through.
  2. The reader confirms the local ruleA page that opens in one state opens identically in the next, and this website cannot tell them apart. So the check is yours: before pressing sign in, you confirm your own state allows it. Our page on where FairPlay stands legally in each Indian state sets out the position, but the duty stays with the reader.
  3. One ID for one personA FairPlay ID belongs to a single adult, under their own name and their own mobile number. Second accounts for the same person, or one ID passed around a hostel room, can be closed by the desk.
  4. Printed addresses carry a dateThis site lists 11 number addresses and 4 name ones for FairPlay, and any of the fifteen can go dark overnight. A listing records what opened at the last check. Nothing more.
  5. The buttons lead somewhere elseAnything marked FairPlay Login or Sign Up opens a separate service on another domain. Deposits, bets, payouts and your balance are handled there, under that service's own rules. This website never holds your money or your password.
  6. No promise of winningsNumbers such as a 35-minute UPI payout or a ₹300 minimum deposit describe how FairPlay usually runs. Usually. Not one sentence on this website promises profit, and a stake can be lost in full.
  7. Who owns the wordsText, tables and images here belong to this website, while the FairPlay name and marks belong to their owner. Quote a line with a link back if you wish; lifting whole pages onto another domain is not permitted.
  8. These terms can changeWhen the service changes, this page gets edited. Whatever wording stands on the day you visit is the wording that applies, so a returning reader should look again.

FairPlay Terms Ledger: Verified Figures and Their Limits

Condition six deserves a second pass, because most complaints start there. A figure on this site is a description of normal running, probably accurate on a quiet Tuesday and less so during a final. The ledger below lists what the FairPlay terms treat as fact, and what they treat as an estimate.

Who publishes
A desk that has been issuing FairPlay IDs since 2019. Fixed.
Sign in time
Roughly 40 seconds across 3 fields, measured on the external service. An estimate.
What is stored
This website logs 4 data items and wipes them after 45 days; the FairPlay privacy policy names each one.
Self-set brakes
Nothing in these eight conditions caps your play. The caps and the pause sit under FairPlay responsible gaming.
Age floor
18. Not an estimate, and not negotiable.

How the FairPlay Terms Work on a Real Visit

Picture a reader who saved a FairPlay address in March. By June the bookmark opens a blank error page, and the first instinct is that the ID has been cancelled. It has not. Condition four covers exactly this: the address moved, the account did not, and the same ID with the same balance opens on whichever address is current.

A second case is less comfortable. Someone living in a state that bans online wagering finds that the page loads fine at 11 pm and takes that as permission. Loading is not permission. The FairPlay terms put the state law check on the visitor, and no button here performs that check for you.

Third, the payout that arrives late. A UPI withdrawal slower than 35 minutes has not broken these terms, because condition six never promised the 35.

That is the theory. In practice a slow payout or a locked FairPlay ID is settled by the service behind the sign in button, since condition five places money and accounts there. The FairPlay terms on this page only describe what these pages owe you.
