FairPlay Privacy Policy — 4 Logged Items and a Secure 45-Day Wipe
This FairPlay privacy policy covers one thing only, the website you are reading at fairplay-login.pro. Four items land in the server log on each visit, and all four are wiped after 45 days. Nothing else is kept. Your FairPlay account, its password and its balance sit at the sign-in address, never on these pages.
What the FairPlay Privacy Policy Logs: 4 Real Server Items
Written by the web server on its own, one line per page request.
- IP address
- The network address your request came from. It tells the server where to send the page back.
- Browser type
- The short string your browser announces about itself, for example Chrome on Android.
- Page visited
- Which FairPlay page was asked for, such as this one or the home page.
- Time of visit
- Date and clock time of the request, to the second.
That is the whole list. FairPlay Login is a set of static pages, so there is no database behind it, no member area and no profile being built up about you. A log line carries no name, no mobile number and no email, because these pages never ask for one.
Why keep even four? Mostly to spot a broken page or a burst of junk traffic, and to see which FairPlay address pages people open most. Nobody here matches a log line to a person.
A reader once asked whether the desk could look up the password he had typed into the log in pop-up the night before. It could not. Those pop-up fields pass you to the sign-in address, and nothing typed into them is written to a file on this server, so there was simply no record to search.
Secure 45-Day Wipe Under the FairPlay Privacy Policy
Log files on this server roll forward daily, and any file older than 45 days is deleted, not archived. No copy goes to an analytics company or an ad network. After day 45 the line about your visit is gone for good (roughly six weeks, if you prefer to count that way).
| Item | Kept here? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Server log line, 4 items | 45 days | Deleted with the rest of that day's file |
| FairPlay account password | Never | Entered and checked at the sign-in address only |
| Text typed into the pop-up form | Never | Not submitted to, or saved by, this website |
| Advertising or tracking cookies | None set | No ad pixel and no analytics script is loaded |
| Third-party font request | None made | Both typefaces are served from this site's own /fonts/ folder |
The font row matters more than it looks. Many sites pull their typefaces from an outside font service, and that outside service then sees your IP address on every page load. FairPlay Login hosts its two fonts itself, so that request never leaves this server.
One limit on all of the above. Every sign-in and sign-up button points to a separate address, and once you arrive there this policy stops applying. What holds on that side is set out in the FairPlay terms and conditions, which run to 8 points. Who runs the desk behind these pages, issuing IDs since 2019, is covered on the FairPlay Login desk page.
FairPlay Privacy Policy Removal Requests, Answered Fast
You can ask for your log lines to be deleted ahead of the 45-day schedule. Because the log holds no name, the desk needs a way to find the right lines, and that means two things from you:
- The IP address you visited from, or the network and city if you do not know it.
- The date and rough time of the visit. Within an hour is close enough.
Send both through the FairPlay contact page. Matching lines are removed by hand and you get a reply saying so. In practice the scheduled wipe often gets there first, which is probably the point of having one.
Requests about a FairPlay account itself, such as closing an ID or changing a registered mobile, cannot be handled under this policy since no account data is stored here. The same contact route will point you to the desk that can.
If the four logged items or the 45-day figure ever change, this FairPlay page is edited before the change takes effect. Short version, again: four items, 45 days, then nothing.
