Three jobs. Nothing else has been added to the FairPlay desk since it opened.
- FairPlay IDs
- Issuing them was the first job in 2019 and it is still the main one. A request goes to the WhatsApp desk, and a new FairPlay ID comes back in about 4 minutes.
- Working addresses
- Betting domains get blocked on Indian networks, so FairPlay runs on several addresses at once. Our staff keep the current list and strike a dead address off it.
- Account questions
- A forgotten password, a payout that looks late, a coupon that did not apply. Replies go out 24x7, and every route is on the FairPlay contact page.
Why does a sportsbook need a desk at all? FairPlay has a sign-up form and plenty of players use it. Plenty more would rather message a person, have the ID handed over and ask their first question in the same chat. Somebody has to be that person. Since 2019 that has been this desk.
Nobody planned the address work in 2019. It arrived on its own, because people who already held an ID kept returning with one question that had nothing to do with their account: which FairPlay address opens today? So the list became a job in its own right, and it is probably the question we answer most.
A typical message runs like this. Someone signed in fine on Sunday, the same address shows a blank page on Tuesday evening over a different mobile network, and they assume the FairPlay account has been closed. It has not. One address got blocked on one network; the ID and the balance sit exactly where they were, and the reply is simply an address that opens.
What This FairPlay Website Does Not Do, and the Safe Line It Keeps
Ask the desk where your balance is kept and the answer never changes: not here. These pages take no deposit, send no payout and settle no bet (the forms in the header pass you straight to FairPlay sign in). Money and play begin after that, inside the account, where the wallet, the open bets and the statement live.
Shorter still: the desk issues and explains. FairPlay, the sportsbook, takes the bets and pays them.
State law comes up often, usually in the first chat after an ID is handed over. Our staff do not rule on it.
